The carrier is declining to reveal details yet, but spokespersons at both Dortmund and Cologne-Bonn, major bases for Hapag-Lloyd Express and germanwings, confirmed negotiations are underway with easyJet. Both airports are located in Germany's most populous region. Dortmund also is served by Air Berlin.
