galley design

hello,

 

we are design students from zürich switzerland and work on the diploma.

we are designing a new galley for future inflight caterings.

 

we need information about innflight catering.

 

what would be nice to have at the galley?

what would be a possible inovation for the crew?

how could the galley becomme more attractive to the passengers?

what is the most aboying thing for crewmembers about galleys?

what are trends and what kind of future caterings concepts are in common?

 

we will complete possible questions during the designprozess and hope to find interesting contacts

in this forum, we are working with a company and would be happy for anything that helps us to

make galleys more comftable for the crew and the passengers.
