UTair Subsidiary to Operate in Europe in 2007

 

A subsidiary of Russian airline UTair may start operating in Europe in 2007. At the moment the company has been set up as a legal entity, but it is not operating yet and is currently receiving all the necessary permissions and licenses. The legal control of the company will be 49% in UTair's hands, and economic control - 100%. The first stage the company will work at extinguishing forest fires in Europe. UTair currently has subsidiaries operating in India and Africa.
