Unfortunately I regret to inform you that the hotel has to cancel your reservation with them due to an error on their behalf. Let me apologize sincerely for this error that has occurred to your reservation. At Worldres.com, we pride ourselves on offering confirmed online reservations at over 30,000 hotels. It is the responsibility of all our hotels that feature on our sites to upload their own rates and availability and unfortunately in this case there was an error with their rates added. Regretfully the hotel is unable to honour your reservations at this low rate.

 

Let me assure you that we are investigating into this issue with the hotel as to how this has happened and if there is anything further they can offer to you.
