Könnte Condor an LH Slots abtreten?

Interessant könnte das ja vor allem für FRA sein wo es u.U. interessant sein könnte DE-Flüge nach HHN und CGN auszulagern, um die wertvollen Slots für ertragsstärkeren Verkehr zu nutzen.

Condor ist ja nicht gleich Lufthansa, obgleich diese letztlich die Mehrheit daran hat.

Condor gehört zu 90% Thomas Cook und zu 10% der Lufthansa. An Thomas Cook hält LH wiederrum 50% der Aktien.

Ähnliche Frage stellt sich m.E. auch wenn LH an 4U Slots abgeben wollte.

Art.8 Regulation 95/93 (EU-Verordnung)

 

Abs. 4. Slots may be freely exchanged between air carriers or transferred by an air carrier from one route, or type of service, to another, by mutual agreement or as a result of a total or partial takeover or unilaterally. Any such exchanges or transfers shall be transparent and subject to confirmation of feasibility by the coordinator that:(a) airport operations would not be prejudiced;(B) limitations imposed by a Member State according to Article 9 are respected;© a change of use does not fall within the scope of Article 11.

 

Abs. 5. Slots allocated to new entrants operating a service between two Communityairports may not be exchanged or transferred between air carriers or by an aircarrier from one route to another as provided for in paragraph 4 for a period of two seasons.

 

 

Eine einfache Übertragung ist nicht möglich, wohl aber ein Ringtausch. Hintertürchen sind indes vorstellbar.
