Flugzeitenänderung - storniert Ryanair bei Nicht-Anruf ?

Bei Skyliner, die sich ein bisschen auf Ryanair eingeschossen haben, findet sich ein kurzer Artikel unter dem Titel "Ryanair-Abzocke". Es geht darum, dass man bei Ryanair-Flugzeitenänderungen eine e-mail erhalten soll, in der man aufgefordert wird, binnen 14 Tagen die 0190-8-Nummer zu 1.86 € anzurufen, um die Buchung zu den geänderten Zeiten nochmals telefonisch zu bestätigen. In dieser e-mail steht wohl auch ausdrücklich, dass Kontaktaufnahmen per e-mail nicht möglich seien.

 

Verstehe ich das richtig, dass Ryanair die Flugbuchung storniert, wenn man nicht die kostspielige Telefonnummer 0190-8 anruft ? Das wäre, gelinge gesagt, erstaunlich und sicherlich rechtlich unzulässig. Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit Flugplanänderungen bei Ryanair ? Kann ich ja nur hoffen, dass es bei meinem für Mai gebuchten Flug keine Verschiebungen gibt...

So ließe sich natürlich gut Geld verdienen: Alle Flüge um 5 Minuten verschieben (am besten noch mit kurzem zeitlichen Abstand, daß man 2 x anrufen muß) und Telefongebühren kassieren...

So ein Vorgehen kann ich mir aber wirklich nicht vorstellen.

Hat man nicht grundsätzlich einen Rückerstattungs- bzw. Rücktrittsanspruch, wenn ein Linienflug gecancelled oder verlegt wird?

Standard opening of check-in desks is 2 hours prior to scheduled departure Ryanair recommend that all passengers check-in for their flights two hours prior to scheduled departure. Check-in at Stansted Airport closes 40 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

Interessant ist vor allem, was passiert, wenn man sich nicht meldet. Wird man storniert und bekommt sein Geld zurück? In meinem Fall wäre es echt praktisch, da ich den Flug ohnehin aufgrund geänderter Planungen nicht angetreten hätte. Die Möglichkeit, bei Flugzeitänderungen von mehr als 3 Stunden zu stornieren wird im englischen Teil ja erwähnt. Allerdings muss man dafür nach Irland schreiben. Und es ist noch nicht einmal eine Fax-Nummer angegeben icon_cry.gif

 

Funktioniert eigentlich die normale Festnetznummer von Ryanair noch, die man bisher statt der 0190er Nummer wählen konnte, wenn man sie wusste?

Ja, das genügt. Mit Klick wird das "ConfirmationFlag" in der Ryanair Database gesetzt und gilt damit als bestätigt. Nichts anderes machen die CallCenter Mitarbeiter. Sie klicken in der Database die Box an und fertig.

 

Wir werden Ryanair um Änderung des entsprechenden Textes bitten, um die nur deutschsprachigen Reisenden nicht zu benachteiligen.
