Detailed planning is underway for KPA to obtain an Air Operators Certificate (AOC) from the UAE by early 2008. In the meantime it will commence operations using wet-leased aircraft. Plans for aircraft acquisition are underway and the aircraft types under consideration include 250 to 300 seats widebodies such as the A300-600R and 767-300ER and 150-200 seat narrowbody types, including the A320 family and Boeing 737 Classic and NG aircraft. The widebodies will operate to Europe and Asia-Pacific and the narrowbodies within the Middle East and Indian sub-continent. A project office has been established at Fujairah and is being staffed with the key management team who will oversee the detailed planning and implementation of flight and ground operations.

EDIT: Je länger ich in der Website rumlese, desto mehr glaube ich an eine Ente. Da stimmt ja wirklich gar nichts, man lese mal die Texte auf http://www.flykpa.com/flights.php

 

Zudem stimmen auch die Flugzeiten im Flugplan nicht, wenn man Zeitzonen und Flugzeiten anderer Airlines nimmt, paßt da gar nichts zusammen.

Wir haben Ende August, er hat noch kein AOC, keine Leute, es kann noch nicht gebucht werden - und er will im Oktober starten?

 

10 Mio USD Startkapital? Philippinisches AOC?

Nöööö, gibt da noch andere... WORLD, ATA, ADRIATIC EAGELE (by ATA), Buraq Air (wenn die mal fliegt...)

Das wird ja richtig spannend, EAST MIDLAND MEGA AIRPORT, zuerst hat UK International (UKIA) ihr AOC für East Midlands - Sharjah (UAE) - Islamabad (Pakistan) erhalten (Erstflug 19Okt.) und nun kommt noch Fujairah - East Midlands mit KPA. bin mal gespannt, wann Emirates, Gulf and Qatar nach East Midlands fliegen! ;-)))

Buchbar sind die Flüge aber, ich habe mal für November eine Testbuchung Fujairah-Colombo gemacht und war schon bei der Zahlung mit Visa bzw. Mastercard...
